Teachers
Look at your calendar for the last week in October. List all of the dates/times that you could connect to a partner for Monster Mayhem. Connections begin on the hour and the half hour. (Example: 8:00, 8:30, etc) Send the times/dates to your video conference coordinator who will enter them in the registration system.

After you send the dates/times to your coordinator, your class may begin making the first monster and writing the description of it. You will not know your partner until October 11, but trust us that we will find you a partner.

Coordinators

• You will need to register your teachers in the Collaborations Around the Planet site (CAPspace).
• The matching system will not double-book your videoconference unit. It might schedule classes back-to-back, but not at the exact same time.
• The more times that you can enter for each teacher, the easier it is for the system to match you.
• The matches will be posted online on October 11, 2010.
